Shipping, Delivery and Returns
Shipping
Shipping expenses include packaging and postage fees. If two or more orders are submitted separately, we cannot combine them into one, and we have to apply shipping expenses to each one of them. Therefore we advise you to group all your items into one order.
The website shows whether an article is avaliable or not. If shipping exceeds the extimated time for reasons not attributable to Galvani Srl, you will be contacted by email or phone.
Shipping within Italy is 5,00€. Shipping is free for orders over 50,00€. In both cases our courier will be GLS.
In case of urgency we can also offer 24 hour express delivery with GLS for 10,00€.
Shipping outside of Italy will have a variable cost, depending on the destination. In this case we will ship by DHL express courier.
Delivery
Delivery times within Italy vary depending on the courier selected at the time of ordering: from 24 hours with express courier to maximum 3 working days with standard courier. Galvani Srl is not responsible for delays due to internal courier issues, but we will make sure we contact our customers to inform them about the delay.
If you receive a package that is clearly damaged, we advise you to accept the package by writing "I accept subject to control". The reserve allows you to check the contents in complete peace of mind and after delivery. If the product inside the package is damaged, you can contact us through the dedicated section on our website. We will replace the product, or we will refund you in case the product is not available anymore.
Returns and refunds
Galvani Srl staff recognizes the right of withdrawal from the purchase contract as required by current legislation. (art. 64 e segg. Del D.Lgs. N. 206/2005).
According to the right of withdrawal customers can revoke an online purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods, as stated by the Law.
The returned product must be in the same condition as when it was received, with its package and every accesory. The customer is responsible for paying the costs of return shipping. The type of shipping can be chosen by the customer. We advise you to add an insurance to your shipment, covering the total price of the product. Galvani Srl reserves the right to issue a partial refund or no refund if a product is received with missing parts or if it is partially/totally damaged.
The refund will be issued within the following 14 calendar days from the day the returned product is received, as stated by the Law.

Availability
If the items that you selected are not available and you place a pre order, Galvani Srl will contact you via email or phone, and inform you about the delivery timing. If the waiting time is too long for you, you can send an email to info@funglassesonline.com and cancel your order.
Invoice requests
We always send goods with their receipts. If instead of a receipt you require and invoice, please fill in the details of the holder of the invoice when you are registering into your account and placing your order.
In addition to this, you will also need to send us an invoice request through our contact us section or adding a note to your order when you are completing your transaction. We cannot accept invoice requests made after the shipping confirmation.
