Right of withdrawal

Galvani S.r.l. staff recognize the right of withdrawal as set out in the regulations in force. (Art. 64 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree D.Lgs. no. 206/2005).

By law customers have 14 days in which to exercise this right.

The customer must send a written and signed communication by registered mail within this date, addressed to the following:

The letter should specify details of the bank account into which they would like to be credited for the amount paid for the purchase of the returned goods (name of bank, branch name, ABI code, CAB code, account number, SWIFT code).

At the same time as the letter, the customer must send the goods by courier, placing them in suitable packaging to ensure the integrity of the goods during shipment. The package, like the written communication, must be sent within 14 days of receipt of the purchased goods to the same address. Within 14 days of receiving the registered letter and goods, Galvani S.r.l. will make a bank transfer for the exact amount that the client paid for the purchase of the ordered goods (including any delivery costs) to the bank account communicated by the customer.

Therefore, the only expenses that the customer must pay in order to exercise his/her right of withdrawal are the postage charges for sending the registered letter and the courier costs for sending the goods to us. The return address is: Galvani S.r.l. – Via Fossamonda Centro, 18 – 41122 Modena.
